A unique and futuristic design created by car designers, Matthias Bottcher, which describes the Mercedes-Benz sedan in the future. German designer itself makes this concept car and named Mercedes-Benz SL Pure. Bottcher also reveal if the futuristic sedan design is inspired from the sedan 300SL Gullwing made in 1950, as reported by Carscoops (12/10).

Interestingly, this Mercedes-Benz SL Pure sedan comes with not equipped with windshields, side and rear. The only glass elements in the sedan is only available on the rooftop. Matthias Bottcher said if this sedan will come with the concept of self-driving or auto-pilot. So that passengers do not have to bother driving this car itself.

Increasingly advanced technology is allowing self-driving technology is applied in the car of the future. Will the concept of Mercedes-Benz SL Pure  is going to be used as inspiration by Mercedes-Benz to create a sedan in the future? Interesting to wait.
