Rolls-Royce, The Luxury Car Which is Equivalent To A Yacht
A British super luxury brand owned by BMW AG, Rolls-Royce, are outside competition of car products. Rolls-Royce claims exclusivity offered levels far above the average of other luxury car brands.
Head of Communication Rolls-Royce Motors Cars North America, Gerry Spahn explained, market competition of Rolls-Royce is not biting on car products, but with airplanes, yachts, luxury housing, and art.
“Our customers put money of USD 20,000,000 for cruise ships. They may just want to buy one or two Rolls-Royce so worth it. The average consumer has seven cars – maybe like a jacket, for them it is a lifestyle choice, “said Spahn like to Caradvice, Tuesday (02/10/2015).
Rolls-Royce typical consumers do not look to buy a car as a financial decision. It is said there are two common characteristics among all consumers Rolls-Royce, first they are very rich, and the second is a very demanding person.
In 2003 Rolls-Royce only sold about 500 units, but in 2014 created record sales of 4,063 units. The success of Rolls-Royce started, since the birth of the Rolls-Royce Phantom one decade ago, followed brother of the BMW 7 Series platform, Rolls-Royce Ghost in 2012.
