Temperament :
The Pomeranian is a smart dog, eager to learn, act, can be a wonderful companion and is very loyal to the employer and his family. Pomeranian dogs are usually easy to make friends with other dogs. Teach this dog early on that it does not matter if the barking when the doorbell rings or when there are strangers coming, but after that it should remain calm (to be consistent about this). This cheerful dog is very easy to get along as a child. The Pomeranian must be shown that the owner is the boss or they will be a dog that likes to sue. If you allow your dog to regulate when and how a thing is done, then you have a potential problem and you may not be aware of it. This is not a good action and intelligent, but a dominant action that would worsen in the future. If the Pomeranian dog was given strict rules to follow, limits what should / should not be done, daily walks with other dogs and you become a decisive Pack Leader, confident and calm, then it would make the dog become a trustworthy dog, stable mentally and be a wonderful companion.
