Matchless Model X Reloaded : Legendary motorcycle brand from the UK, Matchless, ready to be born again with the first performance in the new era. After Malenotti family purchased in 2012, this brand started to squirm, although they had started in the fashion lane. Yes, Franco Malenotti is a businessman and a successful clothing designer. Matchless Name “borrowed” from a brand of clothing that is currently widely used by celebrities. Now, this brand is ready with a new motorcycle design that is the result of Mallenoti’s design collaborated with his design team.

The new figure of Matchless motorcycles will appear at the EICMA, Milan, late 2014’s. Do not just appear, Matchless also will celebrate the brand to the age of 115 years. A motorcycle that will be displayed is the Matchless Model X Reloaded, inspired by the Model X which produced 80 years ago. The appearance of the motorcycle so reflects the spirit of a fusion between old style and new models. Outline design of Matchless Model X was born in 1929 is maintained, then paired with a modern style with the engine and accessories.

The machine of Matchless Model X Reloaded will use the S & S V-Twin 1.916cc, injection, with a compression ratio of 9.75: 1. Engine coupled with a 6-speed transmission. The front suspension is quite unique with hydraulic type. While there are two rear shock breaker, under the engine and one under the seat. Interestingly, this model can be tuned to a wide range of driving positions. Seat for example, can be set to different heights. The footrest can also be adapted to the driving style. The wheels have a size of 130 / 90-16 in front and 200 / 55-17 for the rear.
